TL;DR

We led the innovation team through a series design thinking activities to validate problems, brainstorm solutions, create consensus, and move forward with a concrete next step. Post workshop, we collaborated closely with the Mars team to define the MVP roadmap, test hypotheses, and design the product from 0 to 1.

Mars Wrigley contracted us to lead a 3 day design sprint that conceptualized a tool that fuels product innovation within the org.

SERVICES

Within 3 days, we guided a cross-functional team to envision a new global company-wide process to drive product innovation.

We meticulously designed the workshop agenda to guide the team through the complete design thinking process without compromising output quality.

Given the broad and ambiguous scope of the problem, our emphasis was on directing teams to tackle specific and solvable aspects while retaining a long-term vision.

Following the workshop, we developed a series of prototypes to visually represent the team's concept. Subsequently, we engaged with diverse stakeholders to gather feedback and validate our assumptions through rigorous testing.

Designing a workshop for maximum impact

Following the workshop, we compiled a comprehensive document that encapsulated key insights, takeaways, and the next steps. We outlined a set of actionable items that served as the driving force behind the project, providing a clearer roadmap for what needed to be built and the necessary resources.
