TL;DR

We led redesign efforts for Organizer’s most complex features including their legacy filtering feature, surveying, and outreach organization. In collaboration with the design team, our designs shaped both the beta launch of the platform as well as the design system and principles adopted for the longevity of the product.

Organizer is a platform used by campaigns, advocates, and organizers to engage with and mobilize their communities.

Our challenge was to redesign core legacy features in a way that would encourage more self-service through an intuitive user experience.

Throughout these projects, we worked closely with the design, product, and account partner teams to test our solutions for usability and usefulness.

We used key insights from our research sessions to continuously improve upon our designs, going through dozens of iterations before successfully landing on solutions that would be highly regarded by pilot clients and the larger Murmuration organization in Beta.

Learn, iterate, improve.

In parallel with our product design work, we helped establish a new design system, built off of the Ant design library. This new library created parity between design and development through language as well as look and feel. And through documentation, semantic tokens, and an organized library structure, we were able to have all 5 designers working with the same patterns.
